A：We are a manufacturer, and we have got permit of import and export as well.

Q2: Where is your factory located? How can I visit it?

A：Our factory is located in Shaoxing, China. 30 Minutes by car from Hangzhou Airport.

Q3: Can I get the sample? What’s the lead time? A：Yes, we can send ready sample or make sample by extra cost. Sample time is about 1-10days, mass production time is about 20-35 days.

Q4. What is the MOQ for your production? A: The MOQ depends your requirement for color, size, material and so on. For some normal items, we have stock, will have no MOQ requirement.

Q5: Can you provide OEM service?A:Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc will depend on your requests; and your logo will be customized on our products.

Q6. Shipping Method and Shipping Time A:1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 2-7 working days depends on country and area. 2. By air port to port: about 7-12 days depends on port. 3. By sea port to port: about 20-35 days. 4. Agent appointed by clients.
